SITUATION AT 0600UTC
A tropical low was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude thirteen decimal three South [13.3S]
 longitude ninety one decimal three East [91.3E]
Recent movement : west southwest at 15 knots
Maximum winds   : 40 knots within 70 nautical miles of the centre in the
southern semicircle
Central pressure: 998 hPa
 

AREA AFFECTED
Within 70 nautical miles of the centre in the southern semicircle.
 

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 40 knots in the southern semicircle due to rapid movement of
the low. Winds in the northern quadrants unlikely to be stronger than 30 knots
at present, but will increase if the translation speed slows.

At 1200 UTC 14 February: within 60 nautical miles of 13.6 South 89.8 East
 Central pressure 998 hPa.
 Winds to 40 knots within 70 nautical miles in the southern semicircle.

The next warning will be issued by La Reunion RSMC.
